Piloted the MI-REP program with case managers and Peer Coaches entering Prisons to serve soon to be released inmates who had a history of Opioid Use Disorder. Of the three piloted sites in Michigan, PNLH’s team served 50% of all cases and achieved the highest graduation rate of its participants (first 2-years of data for project).
